Until We Wed is a floral design studio based in Amherst, MA, designing weddings and events across New England, with local flower delivery in Western Mass.
Our work is modern, color-driven, and intentional — built to reflect each client and the space they've chosen. We treat flowers as small pieces of art placed around a room. Not another item on the event checklist, but part of the experience itself. Whether your style is classic, current, or somewhere in between, our job is to execute it beautifully.
Our favorite moment is when a client walks into the venue, sees the flowers transform the space, and recognizes the design as exactly what they had in mind. That recognition is what every part of our process is built around.

I'm Laura Mae Pfeffer, owner and lead designer. For eight years, I've designed flowers for weddings and events across New York City and New England. I came to this work because I love the translation — taking what someone describes (a feeling, a color palette, a half-formed idea) and turning it into something tangible and beautiful. I'm a perfectionist about that translation, because a wedding day is too important and too expensive for what you imagined and what you got to be two different things.
When I’m not working with flowers, you can find me on adventures with my two little kids, swimming, or driving around town in my '87 Volvo station wagon, which is still in fantastic shape.
